7lg Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Account Registration & Eligibility

To use 7lg you must create a registered account. Registration is free and open to all eligible adults. The following conditions apply to all accounts on the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 7lg does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any payment details submitted at the time of deposit.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7lg will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was enabled by your own failure to secure your login details.
• 7lg reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another person. Attempting to transfer account ownership is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing and using an online betting platform is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check this before registering.

2 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, slots, live casino and bingo activity on 7lg is subject to the following rules. These apply across cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports and all other available markets.

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation on screen or via the platform. 7lg is not responsible for bets that were not placed due to connectivity issues on your end.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager, except in cases where a clear pricing error has occurred. 7lg reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds.
• All PSL and international cricket markets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected results and DLS-method outcomes are treated as official for settlement purposes.
• Football markets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play, including injury time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market explicitly states they do.
• Esports markets on 7lg are settled on the result declared by the official tournament organiser. 7lg will not be responsible for any delay in settlement caused by disputes at the tournament level.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on all individual legs being correct. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is settled on the remaining valid legs.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. 7lg reserves the right to refuse, limit or void in-play bets in markets where the outcome is considered highly predictable at the time of placement.
• Maximum winnings per bet, per day or per market may apply. Specific limits are displayed in the bet slip or the relevant market page.
• Casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generation. All results are final and cannot be altered after the game round has concluded.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7lg are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

• Deposits are credited to your 7lg account in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified and that belongs to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the 7lg finance team within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected and any verification checks in progress.
• 7lg reserves the right to carry out additional identity or payment verification checks before processing a withdrawal. Providing false or incomplete documentation will delay or prevent processing.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 4 for full bonus withdrawal terms.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified account will be held pending verification. Unresolved funds may be returned to the original payment source after a reasonable period.
• 7lg does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 7lg's control.
• Funds held in your 7lg account do not accrue interest.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

7lg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback, accumulator boosts and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any additional terms stated on the specific promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• Free bets must be used within the validity period stated at the time of issue. Unused free bets expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly. They must be wagered in full before withdrawal eligibility applies to associated winnings.
• 7lg reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts will be honoured under the terms active at the time of credit.
• Stake returns on voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements unless specifically stated.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through matched betting on 7lg using bonus funds, or through coordinated multi-account activity — will have bonuses voided and may have their account suspended.
• PSL-specific promotions during the Pakistan Super League season carry the same general bonus terms unless the PSL promotion page states otherwise.

5 User Conduct

All users of the 7lg platform are expected to use it in good faith and for legitimate entertainment purposes. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Opening or using more than one account on 7lg for any reason.
• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to access, scrape or manipulate the 7lg platform, its odds or its systems.
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit technical errors, display errors or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or use of funds that are derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 7lg support staff or other platform users through any channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to obtain another player's personal or financial information.

Breaches of these conduct rules will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities. 7lg takes fraud and financial crime seriously and will co-operate with investigations as required.

6 Privacy & Data

7lg collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity and comply with applicable obligations. By registering on 7lg, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) as necessary to complete your transactions.
• Identity verification documents submitted to 7lg are stored securely and used only for the purpose of verifying your account.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 7lg holds about you. Requests should be submitted via the support email.
• Cookies and tracking technologies are used on the 7lg platform to improve user experience and for analytics. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7 Responsible Gaming

7lg believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming across all parts of the platform.

• 7lg is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• We encourage all players to set a personal PKR budget before starting any gaming session and to stick to it regardless of outcome.
• Do not attempt to chase losses. If you are on a losing run, take a break rather than depositing more funds to recover what you've lost.

8 Amendments, Suspension & Termination

7lg reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of 7lg after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• 7lg may suspend or terminate your account if you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false registration information, or if your account remains inactive for an extended period.
• In the event of account closure by 7lg due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• You may close your 7lg account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered) will be returned to your verified payment method upon request.
• 7lg reserves the right to suspend platform access for scheduled maintenance or in response to technical or security issues. 7lg will endeavour to minimise downtime and notify users in advance where possible.
• These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 7lg in relation to your use of the platform and supersede any previous agreements or representations.
